Today we received a memorandum from the Archdiocese of Toronto. Part of it reads:

"We are pleased to share news that as of Tuesday, March 1, 2022, places of worship, that wish do so will be in a position to offer 100% seating capacity with no physical distancing restrictions. Please take note that masks will still be required."

At this time, after consulting with a number of parishioners, St. John the Evangelist- Weston will continue to use spacing of every other pew within the Church. We will not yet open up to 100% capacity for the comfortability of our parishioners.

However, this weekend will be the last weekend that you must book on Eventbrite to attend Mass. Masses on Ash Wednesday will also not require a booking to attend. Those attending Mass will be able to seat themselves where they wish in the free pews.

Please note, masking and hand sanitizing are still required.
