St. John Henry Newman- Sermon

In his homily at the 11:00 a.m. Mass this past weekend, Fr. Maderak mentioned words from St John Henry Newman. The Apostles said that "they were able" to drink the cup that Christ would drink from. They truly were allowed to share in the cup of suffering. Newman says:: "Those blessed Apostles said, "We are able;" and in truth they were enabled to do and suffer as they had said".
